    THE MOST SHOCKING FINISH EVER took place in Portimao. Oh, and Jonathan Rea did a double. Dre and Louis are back for BikeLive! In a Superbike special, we review all the action from Portimao in World Superbikes, which had the ridiculous ending to the Supersport race. Cortese dropping Cluzel was only the SECOND most shocking thing. Oh, and Jonny Rea won twice. He's good at bikes. We also review BSB's first Showdown at Oulton Park as Jake Dixon took advantage of Leon Haslam unreliability to win both races, and Danny Buchan got concussed. We also preview MotoGP in Aragon.     It was a weekend with screws being turned. Andre Harrison, Ryan King and RJ O'Connell (with Chris DeHarde for the IndyCar section), return with Episode 161! In it, we review the Singapore Grand Prix. Ferrari goes missing, and Lewis Hamilton delivers another perfect weekend to put the title within reach, now 40 points clear with just 6 rounds left. We also review Sergio Perez going crazy with two hits on his teammate and on Sergei Sirotkin! We also take a look at the IndyCar Grand Prix of Sonoma, with Ryan Hunter-Reay dominating the weekend leading 80 of 85 laps from pole, and Dixon following along in 2nd to win his 5th IndyCar title, just the 2nd man ever to get there. We also look at Alex Rossi, who lost a lap on the start, got it back, and then passed 17 cars to finish in 7th in a last ditch attempt to win the title. All that and more on a "stacked" M101. Anyone for Pancakes?

Leon Haslam recovered from a nasty highside on Friday to win ALL THREE races on the National layout, using smarts, speed, and an oil patch. Christian Iddon had a heroic weekend, continuing on after breaking his collarbone on Saturday, but going on to finish 5th in Race 2... only to miss the showdown by just 4 points from Peter Hickman! We also bring on British Eurosport and ITV commentator Greg Haines to catch up on the World Superbike season so far before their 2018 continues in Portimao this weekend! Enjoy!

Scott Dixon somehow survives a major opening lap wreck, a drive-through for speeding in the pitlane... and STILL finished in 5th. Also, yay! Takuma Sato came through and won on a caution reshuffle, ahead of Ryan Hunter-Reay and 2007 winner Sebastien Bourdais! We also break down all the news, as Stoffel is out at McLaren, with Lando Norris in, Toto Wolff pushes again for 3 car teams, and IndyCar unveils their 2019 calendar, with the Circuit of the Americas joining in too!     Another race weekend, another punch in the gut for Dre. Ouch. This was a weekend for the Finns as Dre, Ryan and RJ review a hectic Italian GP weekend, as Kimi Raikkonen clocked the fastest lap ever seen in F1... But then was unable to deal with the great wall of Valtteri Bottas as Lewis Hamilton picked him off for a sucker punch victory. Sebastian makes another Lap 1 error, but also came back to 4th as Max Verstappen made another driving error that led to a penalty. Also, a Haas was disqualified, and the team looks kinda bush league. We also review Formula 2 as Tadasuke Makino pulled off an exceptional win in the feature race from 14th on the grid, and George Russell and Lando Norris finally threw down, with Russell coming back to win the sprint race! This is the first of a double header! Part 2 is out tomorrow as we review IndyCar in Portland and break down all the news!

Leon Haslam had to work for it but he managed another double, taking him to 9 wins for the season, and a 100 point Championship lead. It was also a critical weekend for Bradley Ray, who's two-second places near guarantee him a spot in the Showdown Six. We also talk Jake Dixon's weakness and the return of Tommy Bridewell. We also go through the new World Superbike consumer Survey, and we wonder just what the series is trying to accomplish with it. Enjoy!

    A sombre weekend to reflect on for Motorsport101 this week, as Chris DeHarde comes in for Dre as IndyCar was hit with a massive accident as Pocono which has left Robert Wickens (At time of upload), facing surgery on his spinal cord, two broken ankles and a broken arm. We all wish him the very best. It was a race that ended with Alex Rossi completely dominating, Will Power the only man in the same postcode throughout the 500 miles, with only 5 men on the lead lap by the end. We also preview the Belgian GP this weekend for F1 and some of the moves and shakers as Carlos Sainz, and Pierre Gasly were confirmed at new teams for 2019! We also talk the WEC with a shock double DQ for Toyota at the Silverstone 6 hours, BIGM8 winning over in IMSA at Virginia, and RJ on why the Suzuka 10 hours, is still really good, even if it isn't 1000km anymore. We review a fight of the year between Francisco Bagnaia and Miguel Oliveria in one of the best tactical matchups in this circuits short history, as well as another embarrassing crash for Alex Marquez! We also talk Moto3 and Jorge Martin's superhuman resilience to start 2nd and finish 3rd in a critical race for the title, as Marco Bez would take his 2nd career victory, just ahead of a rampant Enea Bastianini charging through the field!
