She explained that it's based on classical ballet specifically, which needed to get "that spark" again.  Ballet was the subject which she naturally chose for her book since she grew up with this legacy, with her mother believing that dance could straighten her body. There was an alignment not just of the physical, but also a spiritual awakening.
