Mike, John, and Andy re-join Dave for the 2021 PGA Championship Recap on DITCOW.  Phil Mickelson completes a shocking PGA Championship win that is still sending shockwaves through the golf world.  We'll talk about how what Phil did with his shots to pull off the victory, plus the performances of others in the field.  Why were some big names like Jon Rahm and Patrick Cantlay a non factor in this event?   Was Brooks Koepka undermined by his continuing knee injuries.  Plus some conversation on the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island and their unruly fans that weekend.  That and more on our latest golf recap show.

Chris in GA and Dave are back for our NBA Playoffs Mini-Preview show.  We'll take questions from our live YouTube Broadcast about the playoffs, cover the Play-In Tournament in progress, and make our predictions for the 2021 Playoffs.  Will the Lakers survive the play in round against Golden State and/or Memphis or San Antonio?   Will the Nets with KD, Kyrie, and Harden live up to the hype and win the East?  Can the Bucks finally put together a few games to take down the Nets and make an NBA Finals?  Can the Nuggets make a Finals run without their starting point guard Jamal Murray?   Will the Jazz take advantage of their 1-seed and defend their home court with their tough defense and a recovering Donavan Mitchell.  We'll cover all the possible scenarios as our live broadcast leads up to the Lakers play-in matchup against the Warriors.

Andy in Seattle returns to the City to chat about Seattle Barbecue and other scenarios on this week's "Random Questions."   We may hear from others on this program as we get an update on Andy's journey through Marvel's Cinematic Universe.  Lastly we get into the PGA Championship this coming weekend and make our predictions for the tournament.

Gerry Will returns for more MLB talk with Dave which includes the exciting Astros/Yankees recap.  Gerry digs into the keys to a very good series win for the Yanks against the hated Astros in which they got a level of revenge after the stink of the tainted 2017 Astros' ALCS vs said Yankees.  Later, Dave and Gerry cover the continuing Dodgers May meltdown and what's ahead for them, both positive and negative.  Dave recaps a miserable series at the Cubs along with some missed opportunities against Anaheim in O.C.  Plus, the duo take in baseball questions from the live chat via YouTube.  

Gerry in Piscataway, a.k.a. Gerry Will from "The LGY Pod", returns to talk MLB with Dave and the many struggles for their respective Yankees and Dodgers.   Where has the offense gone on both teams and how are injuries hurting both clubs as they limp out of the gate? Speaking of the gate, Dave opens the show with a brief recap of the exciting Kentucky Derby win for his namesake "Medina Spirit," trained by the legendary Bob Baffert.  How a tip from THIS IDEAR helped Dave score a nice win alongside the pride of having a Medina win the Derby at Churchill Downs.  It's another daytime DITCOW as we cover all things baseball and horses.

Ron in NJ returns for our annual DITCOW NFL Draft Preview show.  There is high drama surrounding the top three picks in the draft, with many rumblings about the 49ers trading up to the 3rd overall pick with the unusual choice of picking Mac Jones at QB from Alabama.  Could that be an overpay by the Niners and what would be their other choices?  Plus the other big QBs in our draft, with the clear-cut #1 projected pick of Trever Lawrence out of Clemson likely going to Jacksonville.  We chat some other big prospects like Zach Wilson, QB out of BYU, and Trey Lance, QB out of North Dakota St. (FCS).  It also looks like a big year for Wide Receiver prospects like Jaylen Waddle and Devonta Smith both from Alabama.  Ron gets into a number of big prospects such at Kyle Pitts (TE), Penei Sewell (OL), Patrick Surtain II (CB), and many more.  Lastly, Ron and Dave present their mock draft for the first round and other predictions for this year's draft in Cleveland, OH.

Parcells Falling Out joins Dave to cover the impending end for the European Super League in Football/Soccer.   We'll cover the six English teams that pulled out first along with the teams from other leagues such as Real Madrid and Barcelona who wanted to ride it out and teams in between.   It was a matter of big controversy for fans of the big European Leagues with fan protests all over various football stadia.   Was the Super League a good idea or was it an attempt at further greed by the power clubs?   Later, Dave will try to place the saga of the Super League in context with a similarly proposed move in College Football where the Power Five Conferences would leave the NCAA.  

On this official Random Q's show with Kevin on the Cape (Junkie), both hosts share their grievances in Junkie's rookie FanDuel season with their buddies.   We cover the various issues with getting dependable hitters on an MLB duel and which players are the keys to win. A Couple Quickies checks in later on and we reveal a bombshell:  neither Junkie nor Dave have seen "The Godfather!"  We also cover movies, songs in movies, one hit wonders, and terrible names for great bands.  Plus MUCH much more.

A Couple Quickies and Dave mourn the impending loss of the Pacific Theatres movie chain which includes the highly acclaimed subsidiary chain known as Arclight Cinemas. Dave will share his memories of going to Arclight theatres in Southern California and Quicks will try to comprehend the impact on the movie industry. Mike, John, and Andy join Dave to recap a historic Masters win for Hideki Matsuyama, who became the first man from Japan to win a Green Jacket at Augusta. We'll get into a very strange final round, plus the other rounds with many highlights. Later we dig into the media coverage which was tremendous on the digital side with "My Group" scoring big. Andy and Co. get into why the TV side was far worse than normal. Lastly, our look ahead to what's next on the PGA Tour.

Chris in Syracuse returns to talk the Final Four from Indianapolis.  He and Dave cover the mostly chalky Sweet 16 and Elite Eight rounds coupled with some big upsets, two by UCLA against Alabama and Michigan.  We'll look at Gonzaga's continued quest for a championship and their annihilation of USC in the Elight Eight, but also look at USC's great run beforehand against Kansas and Oregon.  Later, a look at Houston's long-awaited berth in the Final Four, and the great defense that took them there, plus Baylor's resurgent performances over Arkansas and Houston.   Later, we preview the Final Four with  Baylor vs. Houston followed by Gonzaga vs UCLA.  Can the magic last one more game for UCLA's season against the consensus best team in the nation with Gonzaga?   Will Houston's solid athleticism and defense put up a fight against a similarly athletic and talented Baylor who's ramped up their play?   We'll round out the final leg of a March that has been chaotic and strangely chalky all at once.

Chris in Syracuse re-joins Dave for a recap of the first and second round action in the Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament plus a Sweet Sixteen Preview.  What a weekend it was for college basketball.  Oral Roberts shocks Number 2 seeded Ohio State, several 13 and 14 seeds pull off upsets such as Ohio stunning Virginia and Abilene Christian taking out Texas.  We also cover the massive success for the Pac 12 teams so far: USC and UCLA, Oregon, and Oregon State, all making the Sweet 16.   Plus a look back at the very UN-successful weekend for the Big Ten, including the #1 seeded Illinois losing to a tough Loyola Chicago team, a surprising loss for Purdue against North Texas, and Michigan State blowing a huge lead in the First Four round to UCLA. Later it's a look toward the Sweet 16 and Elite 8, with a modified schedule for 2021.  Games will go Saturday through Tuesday rather than the normal Thursday through Sunday, and in these two rounds some pretty great matchups: Villanova/Baylor, USC/Oregon, Loyola Chicago/O

Chris and Dave open this week's "NBA Report" with a few words about the great life and career of Elgin Baylor, who played for many years with the Lakers.  Elgin died on Monday and sparked an outpouring of love from all over the NBA.  We'll share our thoughts on a legend who dazzled the world before the NBA was big on TV and social media. Later, we return to the modern day NBA talk, centered around a crucial high ankle sprain injury for LeBron James suffered on Saturday vs the Hawks.  The Lakers could be in serious trouble without both LeBron and A.D. over the next few games.   Plus, another devastating injury for the Hornets with LaMelo Ball out for the season.  We'll chat about how it could hamper the Hornets' playoff hopes. The playoff chases continue and the guys recap some big moments and missed opportunities, including the Hawks horrific 20 point blown lead at the Clippers on Monday night.  The Hawks are in the chase for home court advantage in the playoffs and we'll chat about how bad a loss it is for

Chris in Syracuse joins Dave for our full regional by regional preview of the 2021 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, all taking place in the Indianapolis area.  First we cover the tournament sites, featuring more college facilities than normal: places like Mackey Arena, Assembly Hall, and Hinkle Fieldhouse.  What will be the benefits and challenges of this pseudo bubble? Later, it's on to our bracket previews.  First, the West with Gonzaga, Iowa, and Kansas.  Next, the South with Baylor, North Carolina, Arkansas, and Ohio State.  Then the Midwest with Illinois, Houston, West Virginia, and Oklahoma State.  Lastly, the East with Michigan, Alabama, Texas, and Florida State.  Plus all the sleeper teams and possible upset teams such as UCSB, Ohio, Georgetown, LSU, Winthrop, Missouri, and Syracuse. Andy in Seattle, Tom in NJ, and John in CT join Dave to break down the NCAA Men's College Basketball Tournament selection, plus a recap of the Conference Tournaments around the country.  Duke is ushered out of contention surprisingly early after facing COVID trouble and Virginia goes into the tournament off its own ACC COVID elimination.  What will be the impact of COVID cancellations on the big dance?  We also look at the logistics of an entire tournament taking place within the same Indianapolis metro area.  What benefits and challenges come with it?  Later, a casual look at each of the regional brackets, including picks to make the final four.  Will the top seeds Gonzaga, Illinois, Michigan, and Baylor survive? Chris and Dave begin our latest "NBA Report" with late-breaking news on the Spurs parting with LaMarcus Aldridge.  The long-time Spur nears the end of his contract and the presumed buyout gives other contenders a chance to get a very capable vet for the stretch run. We also present our "Five Predictions for the 2nd Half."  It's our predictions for the second half of the season, including MVP, top seeds, other predictions, and one wild card prediction.

This week on the "Report," Chris and Dave recap an outstanding road trip for the Wizards so far which included a shocking 17 point comeback overtime win against the Lakers.   Westbrook and Beal took their game up to a new level in beating the defending champions, alongside other key wins over the Nuggets and Blazers.  Can the Wizards extend their five game win streak against the Clippers on Tuesday night? Later, we revisit the Nets after some very big wins over said Lakers and the Clippers.  Dave finally admits the Nets are here to stay plus Chris looks at whether their improvements on defense are sustainable.   Later, its a look at other big February performers such as the Jazz who bounced back after a loss to the Clippers, the Pelicans who beat the Celtics in overtime on national TV, and the Raptors who fought back into the hunt with consecutive wins over the Bucks.

The NBA Report returns with Chris and Dave!   The two of them get into the hottest teams in the NBA this month, the Charlotte Hornets and Utah Jazz.   The Jazz behind Mike Conley great start and Jordan Clarkson's blistering bench play dominated their last home stand and have them shooting up the standings.  The Hornets also are playing much better with LaMelo Ball dazzling the world with a great all around game: passing, shooting, and rebounding proving the Hornets #1 overall pick to be a success so far. Plus we look at the other side and cover the teams struggling to win like the Mavericks and Heat.  All this plus other news and notes from the NBA in our first "Report" of 2021.
