Join Scotty and ultra legend Charlie Engle as they discuss his soon to be released book "Running Man : A Memoir."  The book chronicles Charlie's life: growing up with large track shoes to fill, falling in love with alcohol and marathoning and eventually crack.  Recovery.  His time in prison.  It's all there in this intimate one on one.  (Special thanks to Tony for producing it entirely on the Metra and getting it up a few hours later).

Take a long run with Sam and Bonnie Busch, AKA Bonnie Badass. Bonnie is a legend in the Midwest Ultramarathon community, having tackled it all-- from Badwater to Arrowhead. She most recently won the Potawatomi 100 Miler, and earned her 1,000 mile buckle. We talk about how she got into running, and advice she has for young females just getting into the sport. Scotty, Sam, and Bonnie dive deeper into the world of Winter Ultras-- a TJM favorite topic.
