This week on "Encounter God's Truth," we continue to survey what the Word has to say about this world—from beginning to end—as we see it through history, science and prophecy. It is the second installment in a signal series from author and theologian Dr. John Whitcomb, called "Basic Biblical Distinctions." Jesus gave instruction on a meal that He wants His followers to practice often called "The Lord's Supper" or "Communion." Instructions were given at a particular point in time and this meal of remembrance is to remind us of all three tenses of our salvation. A look at John 13 and the spiritual significance of this physical practice for our lives today.
