Welcome to “Leadership from the Cross” with Pastor Scott Thom. We are here to develop and elevate your leadership skills in ministry. If you listen to this broadcast you are probably innovative, hardworking and an early adopter. I will tell you a little about myself and the purpose of the show. We will briefly look at the awesome power of mentorship. I had hoped that my own church could plant 10 to 20 churches in my lifetime - I was thinking too small. The power of discipleship is greater than that. I have helped raised up many pastors and planted dozens of churches when I was in California but now that we are in Albuquerque we have accelerated that.
