The Rev. Sarah Stewart, Associate Rector, asked a nearly full congregation, “What might the Holy Spirit want us to see?” in her sermon addressing 2 Kings today. Two characters from the margins are introduced in the scripture: Naaman, a Syrian soldier with leprous skin, and his unnamed household servant, a young girl captured on one of Naaman’s military raids.
