Since 2012, Sean Saley's been the drummer for the legendary heavy metal band Pentagram. In this interview we journey back through his long career in music. We talk about drama from past bands, what it's like to be on the road, and being a rockstar with a 9 to 5 day job on the side. 

Ian is a pop culture illustrator and graphic designer. He's created eye catching images for Star Wars, Gallery 1988, and Teefury. In this episode we talk about what it was like creating licensed work for Star Wars, managing his own work hours, and why he's strictly a PC man! 

  This week I talk with pop culture guru Erin Mallory Long. Erin's been noted by Huffington Post, Funny or Die and Thought Catalogue as one of the funniest women on Twitter. She also writes for HelloGiggles and is a published author. Seriously, this lady does everything. We chat a lot about her career and love of pop culture, but we also get to the root of her childhood crushes. It gets super juicy towards the end there.

Tina Henry is the mastermind behind Tina Seamonster and also the creator of the indie craft and comic shows Grump and Smudge at Artisphere. She's been making and selling crafts for over 10 years. You can find her work in Books a Million stores across the nation and also around local stores in DC. She just recently said goodbye to crafts and hello to a new career in writing. Today we have the wonderful, talented Dave Perillo. He is seriously one of those dudes that you want to sit down and have a beer with instantly when you meet him. He is one of the best known pop culture artists in the biz, and he just wrapped up his solo show at Gallery 1988 titled Squares 4 Squares. He is currently at NYCC if you want to stop by and see him. Also, he has a limited edition Frozen print out today. This guy is everywhere!

Rebecca is the founder of The Women Take Over, a website dedicated encouraging women to talk about feminism. She's interviewed tons of fantastic people ranging from the lead singer of Chvrches, Lauren Mayberry, to activist and co-founder of Bust, Marcelle Karp. This week I interview Ashley Walsh. She is a special effects and make-up artist for the entertainment industry. Ashley has worked on True Detective, The Walking Dead, and a bunch more. I've known Ashley for a very long time so it was great to catchup and hear about the craziness of being a make-up artist.

This week I spoke with vintage clothing storeowner, Leslie Torbett. She runs a fabulous blog and Etsy store called Dalena Vintage. Her shop focuses on dresses and accessories from the 1900s to the 1960s. I’ve known Leslie since high school so it was really great to catch-up and talk about owning a small business.

I sat down on vacation and had a little chat with animal behaviorist, Mary Huntsberry. We talked about how she started her business and some hot tips on how to pick out a new pet for your home. Mary is an adorable little treat to talk to. You will seriously want to stick her in your back pocket and take her home after hearing this.

In this episode we kick off the series with animator, Heather Larkin. We talk about how she jumped career paths from biology to animation and her fearless interactions with pitching ideas to media executives.
