It's one of our favorite services of the year, Student Takeover! To celebrate the start of the school year, we heard from some amazing members of our Witness Youth Team. Two student leaders, Olivia Diebert and Evan Colegrove, a Witness volunteer, Brittany Marquez, and our Youth Pastor, Matthew Good. This Sunday we reviewed the final six gifts of the spirit. Prophecy, Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues, the Working of Miracles, Healing and Faith. This week we continued our church-wide focus on the transformative power of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Chuck passionately highlighted how the Spirit empowers believers, grants spiritual gifts, and guides their lives.

Continuing our Summer Series on the Holy Spirit, we look at scripture that shows us how the Holy Spirit is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent. 

For Fathers Day this year we had the special honor of hearing from Pastor Chuck's father-in-law, the Reverend Carl Mckellar. He shared a powerful word on the fathers of faith we have in scripture.
