It's the holiday perineum of episodes!

Merry Christmas friends!  This is the 3rd annual release of the SarahTalk holiday special, "Holidays for Heathens".  It's a sort of History Channel look at the myths, beliefs, and traditions across the ages and all around the Earth that helped form the Winter Solstice celebrations we celebrate today.  Always happy to have your feedback and hope everyone has a pleasant, drama-free holiday season, however you choose to celebrate.

Sarah & Becca open their "show gifts" because we are totally impatient.  What's happening with the election?  What's happening with impeachment?  What's the buzz, tell me what's a-happenin'? It's the episode that meanders all over the road before meeting at Starbucks to launch the War on Christmas 2019.

I don't even know what this is anymore.  We're all a mess and it's OK to cry.  Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Our 9-year old son AC joins us for an attempt at watching the most recent Democratic Primary Debate, which we only made it through about 12 minutes of in an hour and 21 minutes. Lots of rabbit trails, but I hope you like the perspective. This kid is the sweetest, most generous person I know, and I think maybe I'll just vote for him to run the world. Listen to the kids, and don't be a big fat meanie.

Sarah's on vacation, Christmas decorations are going up, the Religious Right is still chipping away at the wall, and we've got an update!

Becca, the kids and I were at FREEFLO, the Freethought Florida conference over the weekend, and I was the emcee. That was an experience! There were also some fun stories that I didn't share on the stage that happened while we were there. Conventions are fun ;) As always, apologies for all the audio bullshit. The audio that went out to the recording was really hot (on top of all the other problems). I swear I'll get it figured out. Or Vern will, since he's the one that talked me into buying it.

This week on SarahTalk… Sarah needs a new job and lots of therapy, and the United States needs a new president (and lots of therapy wouldn't hurt there, either).
