In our season finale, Arizé and Daryl discuss the ever so controversial topic of what the f@&k to do after college. Work in industry, go to grad school or possibly a coding boot camp, or as I call it work till you die, debt, and even more debt. We also reflect the ups and downs with our podcast, and what to expect for the future.  Also special shoutout to all the people who’ve been listening to us since day one. You make us two simple hoes feel real special.

One thing that people don’t tell you is how f#@cking hard it is to find friends after you graduate college. In a city of 8 million people you would think it would be easy…NOT. But don’t worry we’re here to help. In this episode listen to how Daryl did a social experiment on how to make a “work friend” a “friend friend”, and using a multitude of apps to meet (not hookup) with strangers, while Arize gives his take on how he Maya Angelou’d his way into several people’s DM’s…for friendship.

Daryl's parents are from the Phillipines but he was born in NYC. Arizé grew up in Antigua then became a US citizen in his 20s. We discuss the trials of immigrating to the US during the 1990s vs today:  financial, cultural & emotional. Hear our epic families' stories (Daryl's mom knows Arabic!) and learn what motivates all sorts of people to chase the American Dream. 

 Hew! We expose ourselves this time. Between parental pressure to find a mate and a seemingly grim dating scene, we go into our love lives. Daryl goes deep with his past affairs and Arizé stays on the shore with his lack of lol. Still, the greatest love of all, is self-love and you should never jeopardize who you are for who you want.

 Today, meet Chris (Insta : @chrispaulmorales). A double major in Accounting and Economics, who did a complete 180 and strutted out into Television. He lays out how to begin an acting career, self-esteem challenges in the Hollywood world and a hilarious moment on the set of Madame Secretary. It is one of many interviews we plan to have, discussing chasing your dreams vs being practical.
