    In this episode, I had the pleasure of attending the 3rd Annual Women In Wellness Summit at Kean University as a media host. The summit's theme was Intentional Living, and it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with inspiring panelists and attendees, including Iyanna Anderson, the founder of Well Together. Iyanna shared her hopes for how women would feel during and after the event, emphasizing empowerment and clarity around their goals and vision for intentional living. She stressed the importance of connecting with others in the room for support and accountability. Well Together is a wellness consulting company that focuses on providing educational experiences centered around mental health for organizations and schools. Their aim is to enhance mental health literacy and help people understand what mental health is and how to support it.
