The Prime Minister Keir Starmer is travelling to meet US President Joe Biden in Washington DC as momentum grows to permit Ukraine to fire Western long-range missiles into Russia. On the eve of the trip, Russian President Vladimir Putin said he would treat any such development as NATO participation in the war. But Starmer told journalists, "Russia started this conflict...
