We will start by saying there is selling an an Authentic Loss (selling at a principal price below the principal price you paid) & selling at a fabricated loss (Selling at a price simply below peak market pricing). No-one wants to sell at an authentic loss. However sometimes life changes and things need to be done. Jobs change, families grow etc... If one of these things change and a sale needs to take place at an authentic loss in the current softening real estate environment, you may be in luck.
