Last week while traveling through the airport in Botswana, I decided to take a chance and check out a new private lounge. After walking in and simply sitting down, a few minutes later a kind lady came and asked if I belonged to the club. After explaining that I did not and asking a few strategic questions, we found ourselves at a stale mate… So what did I do? I engaged in some strategic, silence. Silence is golden!
