Oc Housing Connection

OCHC sat down with the Co-Chairs of the Orange County Association of Realtors FHA/VA Task Force, Lisa Dunn and Charles Smith to discuss the importance of the FHA/VA condominium approval project.  The FHA/VA Task Force aims to develop & implement program to educate Home Owner Association Boards and their management teams the importance of obtaining and maintaining FHA approval of their condominium project as well as obtaining the lifetime approval for VA loans.
