In this week's episode, we looked at three exercises the first one is Shaskank Asana. Here are the steps below to complete the Shaskank Asana Exercise. Kneel and place hands on your thighs allowing your spine to push back. Then open your knees so that they are apart. Place your palms on the floor in between the space you have created with your knees. Exhale and slide your hands on the floor and bend your torso forward at the hip level. Ensure to keep your hands, knees, and spine straight at
