Have you felt or heard that demon on your shoulder that whispers horrible thoughts into your ear? On this weeks episode I will share with you that monster and how to fight back and stay focused on overcoming him.  I use Amy Purdy as a reference in my sculpture today and have her flicking off the demon on her shoulder as she has many times before when they told her to give in or give up.
