Defiance in the face of those who aim to suppress our truths and our livelihoods. And today we’re going to talk about the life of a woman who encompasses all of the above: she has boldly lived her truth, defied societal expectations, and literally fought against her political oppressor to overcome his blatant prejudices in the most badass and publicly way possible.
