FitTip #4: Weekends can be fun. But be (somewhat) mindful of what you consume. Eating 1500 calories of nutrients on weekdays, and 3000 Fri, Sat, Sun will just keep you in a perpetual cycle of insanity because weight/fat won’t change over time. Now, that doesn’t mean don’t have a drink or two, but don’t drink the bar, and don’t eat like it’s your last meal ever. But do enjoy burgers, pizza, and beer responsibly.
