The much-anticipated EB-5 regulations have finally become a reality. As anticipated, the new regulations have increased the required minimum investment amounts, restricted TEA designations, created new rules for priority date retention, and clarified USCIS procedures for removing conditional permanent residency. The effective date will be November 21, 2019.
