The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 03/12/26 and our second broadcast of the day. This week we review how City of Fresno Code Enforcement employee La-Kebbia “Kiki” Wilson was awarded $15 million after suing her employer for retaliation and Racism in the workplace. She was allegedly called a "lazy" and "entitled niggra." When Wilson cursed in frustration about her mistreatment, she was branded an "aggressive" black female. Although the jury did award Ms. Wilson millions of dollars, this case may be subject to appeal and it took nearly six years to get to this point. The Fresno Bee was reporting about the Racism of this case before the Covid-19 pandemic. We also received an update from privileged black male school bus operator 'Tumblin' Dice.' He told us that this week, Racist Suspects on his job had enforcement officials present when they accused him of child neglect for allowing a White girl to be pummeled by one of the black boys riding the bus.
