Maybe Location, location, location. So you know, the biggest risk is, did I pick the right place to invest in? That is the location where everybody wants to go. Am I in? Ring one, that avoids the risk. Ring two, minimizes the risk. Ring three, it's risky, right? You're further away. It's cheaper, yes. But generally risk one avoids risk ring one avoids most of the risk is, I want to be in a location where people want to go to, where people are visiting, where are things that they want to make their trip easily accessible, whether it's train, bicycle, walking.
