Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joined the show. Mike said something just feels different this time with the Steelers in regards to Mike Tomlin being back next season. He referenced the times changing a bit and them going about their business differently the last few years in the off-season. Mike said the Steelers are stuck in a rut with a lot of people making a lot of money. Mike thinks Art Rooney II will sit back on this until he starts noticing more and more empty seats in the stadium because that means dollars lost. He said if he was a season-ticket holder, he would not attend the next home game (MNF 12/15 vs MIA) if they lose in an ugly way to the Ravens on Sunday. Mike thinks it’s a complicated reality with coaches thinking about the greener pastures that could be out there. Could Mike see Penn State making a play for Tomlin?
