Carry The Load is a non-profit dedicated to providing active, meaningful ways to honor and celebrate the sacrifices made by our nation's heroes — military veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, rescue personnel and their families. Carry The Load works to bring all American's together to participate in honoring our nation's heroes every day.  Mr. Junior Ortiz is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the United States Marines and his professional career spans over 30 years of working in government, corporate and the nonprofit sector. Mr. Ortiz served as an enlisted man before being accepted to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland where he received his commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Marines.
