I want to explore some of the big things that I've found that are important as a leader of an organization and a leader in general that people that want to follow and look up to and be led by. (0:40-0:50)First and foremost, if I'm gonna be real honest I was a terrible leader starting up. And the reason was, I didn't have my shit together. A leader has their shit together. And if you are not fully across those areas, you don't have your shit together and so obviously people that you're working alongside aren't going to respect you at the level that you want because you don't have your shit together, and they know it, and they don't want to be led by someone that doesn't have their shit together from the business point of you especially.
