#49 Why I Have Cold Showers

(0:06-0:20)Going to talk about something that's been a huge part of my life for about 2 years now and that is "cold showers". I want to cover a few things why would you do them, why I do them and why I suggest you do them.  (03:00-03:10) Went to the beach in the morning would do cold therapy; we did an ice bath which is pretty crazy, doing all this cold therapy.  (03:17-03:28) 3- 5 min cold showers twice a day and has made a huge difference in my energy levels, it's made a huge difference to the way that I feel and it's been a good discipline factor.  (03:33-04:00) Why I do cold showers. First and foremost is for discipline reasons. Now think about it as this way, if you can get up every single morning and start the day by tackling something that scares you that most people aren't willing to do.
