Our FEATURE today focuses the final oral arguments held July 20th in Washington DC at the Patent Trial & Appeal Board(PTAB) re the infringement case that VOIP-Pal.com(VPLM) has brought against Apple, Inc. The judge in this case, David P Ruschke, has 90 days to make his decision whether or not VPLM has proven that their patents are indeed valid and Apple, Inc is guilty of infringement. We present the observations of persons that were in attendance and they must only be perceived as such. We also present a much larger picture re the collusion that has taken place among the tech giants to control patents  and the government's plan to intercede in their wrongdoing.
