DESCRIPTION: Our FEATURE today discusses the possibility that  Donald Trump could be removed as President before he serves out his first term. What is perhaps unkown to most Americans is that Mr Trump's CABINET could vote to remove the President if they determine that he is "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office".The 25th Amendment to the Constitution allows for a temporary removal but does not define how long that would be. The President can then transmit to the Senate and the House of Representatives  a written declaration that no inability exists and that he should resume his activities. If the House and Senate do not agree with the President, Congress will decide the issue assembling within 24 hours and by a two-thirds vote by the two houses can permanently terminate Mr Trump's presidency.
