DESCRIPTION: Our FEATURE today focuses on the residential real estate market and some of the changes that experts say will make dramatic shifts in  the industry in 2018 and beyond. The Wall St Journal in its' 12/26 edition titled "LOW -TAX STATES SEE HOUSING BOOM"  will cause people to reconsider their address. For example in New York state the average middle class taxpayer pays approximately $17,500/year in personal and real property taxes whereas they can deduct only up to $10,000 from their federal taxes. Some taxpayers on both the east and west coast will seek relief by moving to low tax states in middle America. In addition many high income and high property value areas like San Francisco are experiencing high rates of homelessness and issues that negatively impact lifestyle.
