Jonathan Dison has been in the consulting industry since 2001, beginning with Arthur Andersen Consulting, then going independent, and finally starting his own firm (LightRock Consulting) in 2011. He co-founded BenchWatch to solve the pain of finding available consultants for his own firm. He is also the author of The Consulting Economy.  Some have called it the Uber for Consultants. In this episode, Jonathan explains how consulting isn't just "strategists wearing fancy suits in a corporate boardroom," but it's for ANYONE who can help companies execute projects.
