Ed attended a Steve Cook real estate investment bootcamp in 2006 and has been passionate about it ever since. With over 10 years of REI experience, Ed loves the personal connections he creates through his work with sellers, investors, and other professionals in the field. In 2011 he founded Beltway Homebuyers and enjoys finding creative solutions for homeowners who are ready to sell their property. He has rehabbed, wholesaled, and wholetailed a number of properties over the last few years; his current focus is on building his business so that he can transition into managing it full time in January 2019. Ed has a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and has served for 18-years in law enforcement. In his free time he loves being outdoors, camping and hiking are some of his favorite activities. Above all, he is a devoted family guy. He and his wife have a three and a six year old daughter.
