We are heading into the season when we tend to run into candy bowls on every step - on the street, at our working place, our friends' places and our own home. Do you know that on average Americans gain 10-12 pounds during the holiday season? Therefore I want to give you some quick tips for how to avoid gaining weight and be on top of your fitness journey at this time of the year. Let's be clear on one thing. I have nothing against eating candies and chocolate but it tends to become a mindless behavior during these days because candies and food are just everywhere. So I'm here to make sure you have the strategies and tips to stay on track but still enjoy all the treats you love. Here are my tips for how to avoid gaining weight this holiday season:   If you want to have a candy bowl at home or at office, buy the candy that you don't like so you'll be less likely to eat it.
