Hey sexy, welcome back to Sexy Through the Holidays! We're in the midst of the holiday season, and it's quite possible that fitness has not been a part of your routine ever since Thanksgiving. Today I want to help you get out of the all-in, all-out way of thinking and make fitness fit your holidays. Why? Because the outcome of you spending time on yourself and caring for yourself through any type of movement makes you a better person. It's a way to deal with stress, to have clarity, control and more certainty in life. So why would we give this up? We sabotage ourselves through unrealistic expectations, the feeling of guilt after not meeting those expectations and also by not being prepared. The key is not to go all in, working out for an hour five times a week. The key is to keep consistent habits in place.
