I'm thinking about teaching a whole class about it, because meal prep is truly an art that helps us stay consistent, satisfied, healthy and sexy. You know I'm a firm believer in macronutrient approach, meaning I won't teach you how many meals per day you MUST have. It's all about what feels good to you. It also doesn't matter at what time of the day you eat, as long as you hit your macros.
