Luisa Roque of ROQUE Designs operates her handcrafted, artisanal jewelry brand from her home in rural Puerto Rico. Born and raised in California to Puerto Rican parents, Luisa decided to pursue jewelrymaking after graduating from San Diego State University, pursuing a career in Communications, and then deciding to move to Puerto Rico. She fell in love with the process of creating designs by hand, from scratch, and takes us on the journey of how she comes up with her beautiful, earthy, yet edgy creations.
