To summarize everyone's answer into one statement it would be: "I am passionate about making games because I get to express myself creatively while solving interested problems resulting in the creation of worlds and telling of interactive stories that connect with people — all while having fun, pursuing financial freedom, and sharing the joy I experienced playing games."
