Sinopse

Jeff Browning is an endurance coach, ultrarunner, graphic designer and family man. He found running naturally as a kid by roaming free exploring his family's 700-acre farm in Missouri. Running to meet neighbor kids in the woods, running to his grandparents' house — 400 meters down the gravel road — to score ice cream out of their freezer, or being the "go-for" to get the right tool for his Dad. No matter what — he was moving.  And, from a young age his grandfather and father instilled in him a deep passion for the outdoors and the rhythm of the seasons. He sees running through the wild and connecting with nature as pure and simple — primal. It's a meditative experience. In a fast-paced, high-tech, always-connected society, trail running offers a moment to unplug and reconnect with wild places. He resides in Bend, Oregon where he balances his time between mountain running, online coaching, freelance graphic design,  and a dedicated family man to his beautiful wife and three kids.
