What to look for in your CTO?  As a business owner, you need to take control in order to grow. One of the most important ways of doing this is to make sure your leadership team is strong, adaptable and, crucially, scaleable.  A Chief Technology officer (CTO) is at the heart of this and will shape the direction of the business, both now and in the future.
