Dr. Amy Shimshon-Santo is a catalyst who uses creativity as a powerful tool for individual uplift and social change. She inspires people to honor their own unique voices, build community across the divides that separate us, and invigorate democracy from the ground up through our everyday actions. She is the Founder & Principal at CREO, a social enterprise that invests in diverse leadership, amplifies community knowledge, and brings great ideas into action. Amy is an artist, and an Adjunct Professor at the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at the Claremont Graduate University where she teaches courses in non-profit management and social entrepreneurship. Amy has facilitated local, national, and global conversations bridging the arts and design to education, community development, health, mobility, technology, and sustainability. She holds a doctorate in Urban Planning from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs, and was honored on the President of the United States' Honor Rol
