Value investing is a trap. You need to avoid cheap stocks. It's a value trap! Yes, I know this is counter to what many fake gurus tell you. But... they aren't profitable traders. Instead, they act like experts yet haven't accomplished anything. People are inherently drawn to value. The problem is...the stock market doesn't know what the real price of a stock is. Because there is no "correct" or "real" price of any stock. Instead, stocks typically move based upon supply and demand and sentiment. Also... and perhaps most importantly, if you rely on valuation metrics and indicators to price a stock, then you're hoping that the market validates your assertion. it may not! There is no reason why Google or Amazon can fall $100 - 300 in a day. Also....cheap stocks typically perform very poorly. Your best bet is to only trade market leading securities.
