Options Trading: Should You Keep Negative Delta like TastyTrade Recommends?

Informações:

Sinopse

Should you keep negative delta? Tastytrade and Option Alpha typically recommend keeping negative and short delta. They say that it's best to do so to protect against a market collapse or a large volatility expansion. In my opinion, everyone who follows Tastytrade and Option Alpha loses money. Primarily because Tastytrade recommends selling both sides, and... then "rolling up the untested side". If you follow the Tastytrade mechanics, there is NO WAY that you didn't get slaughtered during the 2020 recession. You sold calls, then the market hit an all-time high on February 20. So you rolled up the put side, only to then see a rapid volatility expansion and massive losses on your put positions. The call premium was nothing compared to the massive losses you sustained from the in-the-money put options. @tastytrade @Option Alpha --------- ✔️ Receive $400+ of Free Training by visiting https://BestStockStrategy.com ✔️ Enroll as a Student (Options Trading Education & Live Options Trade Alerts): https://beststocks
