Vancouver Real Estate Audio Experience

This week I go through an article written recently about the City of Vancouver becoming a Market Unit developer here in Vancouver. So this struck a nerve from two angles, the first being that they do not have to go through the same process in which they set out making it virtually impossible for developers in the city to abide by. And secondly the fact that the city themselves are now competing with mom & pop investors for their tenants...I am not sure what the point of the city trying to establish themselves in this way could be, but this is the path they are charging down...What are your thoughts on this? Does it make sense for them to be spending money to do this?Thank you for your attention and see you next week!
