Tracey is the owner of Points West…. Technology and the customers it helps, is her focus. Points West has a really interesting healthcare division that supplies equipment for long term care facilities with a focus on staff safety and dementia care and I definitely want to ask her about that! Their reach extends to customers throughout BC, Yukon and Northwest Territories. Points West has been recognized for its high levels of customer service for almost 30 years. Volunteering is also a passion of Tracey’s.
