In his own words:After a short career in hospitality and then 2 careers in financial markets, as trader and as freelance consultant. I had to take a bold action to stop doing what I was not enjoying. Looking back, I realised that when I started my second career as a consultant in 2010 I also started my own health physical and mental journey.I always was active, running and playing competitive squash. In 2010 I started CrossFit and as I took my physical activities to the next level, I had to become more aware of my nutrition, I also started drinking less alcohol and I stopped drinking in February 2017 completely.
