Geri Pauls Co-Executive Director & Classroom Facilitator at Karis Support Society, worked in the oil and gas industry in Edmonton for six years and then went on to have five children that have now given her nine grand babies!  Geri is very involved with her church in Kelowna and has also worked within her husband’s business.Geri began her career at Karis eight years ago as a Client Support Worker (CSW) at one of the homes prior to the consolidation at the new building.  Once operations began in the new space, she became one of the Classroom Facilitators which she continues to teach 3 times/week. In her primary role of Co-Executive Director, Geri is responsible for overseeing programing and development of partnerships in the community to offer a wide range of activities and workshops for the women in our recovery program. Geri’s inspiration for her work at Karis is described in her own words … “When someone gets an “ah-ha!” - when they come to understand something they haven’t understood before and it give
