Brooke Ann is a healing artist, talented mural artist, and survivor of abuse. She and I talk about self-sabotage and how we live our life based on beliefs outside of our own existence. However, Brooke voices our responsibility and the opportunity to reprogram ourselves and change those beliefs to feel the abundance of the world. She communicates about the need to believe that we are worthy of living in spiritual, emotional, and financial abundance.She remembers life as a daughter of divorced parents as they decided to split up when Brooke was only one year old. Many of her childhood memories involve the turmoil of back and forth visitation and feeling of instability. "There was neglect, there were physical abuse and sexual abuse, and men coming in and out a lot."Her mom came from an abusive background as well and was married several times to several different people.
