Her father was an immigrant who came to America with $20, landed in New York, went to med school, and became a doctor. “On the one hand, I was watching my father do everything and on the other hand, I was oppressed and I often did not feel seen or heard.”Lisa didn’t understand her value and worth and ended up becoming a drug addict and following people who weren’t a good influence on her growing up. She realized that this was not a positive path to take and switched gears in adulthood.Driving Force as an AdultAfter she attended therapy to heal herself, Lisa wanted to create a new story in her life. “Through
