Vancouver Real Estate Audio Experience

This week I am talking to the Buyers out there. What is happening on those calls between your Buyers Agent & the Listing Agent on the property you have selected to try and purchase? Is this like Million Dollar Listing New York?? Os is there a bit more depth to this art of negotiation?? Well I guess I am speaking of MY method of negotiation from the Buying side, this can't be assumed to be the process of all 15,000 Greater VancouverRealtors of course... 
But I would dare to say, this is what your Buyers Agent SHOULD be doing when trying to negotiate the deal on your behalf.
