Kate's been baking and eating gluten free for 11 years. She is a health educator by profession and love helping people learn to navigate the gluten free lifestyle. This year she decided to combine my love of baking and educating and she decided to open Kate’s Gluten Free Kitchen. Being gluten free is a family affair with Eating Gluten Free, GF Blends, GF Preppers. Kate chats with me today about how her business started, the history of her celiac's disease and how the entire family is now vested in selling gluten-free items in their companies.
